In the first year of Reiwa April, we celebrated 50th anniversary. It began in 1969 in a small souvenir shop in the hot spring town of Yamanaka Onsen. I started making confection not only to sell to customers who came to Kaga Onsen, but also to make it that I assent. Our mission is to examine the ingredients and bring out the best in the ingredients, without compromising on the manufacturing method, and to make our customers happy with wholeheartedly We strive to make confectionery daily as our pleasure to feel our customers that it is delicious. Working on product development while constantly sensing changes in the times, we will meet the needs of our customers. In the future, as a food manufacturing company, we will deepen communication with customers and business partners, and aim to create quality-first confectionery that can be enjoyed with safety and peace of mind.
